    Day 1: Bagdogra Airport – Uttarey 125 Kms/5 hrs

    Meeting and assistance on arrival and drive to reach Uttarey by early evening. Drive via Siliguri and then through the dense forests of Mahananda Wild Life Sanctuary to reach Sevok in the foothills – see gorgeous view of Tista River as it comes out from the deep gorges of the Himalayas and spreads itself over the vast plains of North Bengal. Overnight in a hotel/resort.
    Uttarey in extreme West Sikkim is a less explored adventure destination.

    Day 2: Uttarey - Hike to Hageypani (10000ft/3048M) 5-6 hrs Walking

    Post breakfast, leave for a full day hike to Hageypani through the dense Rhododendron & fern forests, to enjoy the panoramic view of Mt. Kanchendzonga, Mt. Simvo and Mt. Sinolchu. After enjoying the great Hiamalaya views, walk back to the resort through different route. Overnight stay at the resort.

    Day 3: Uttrey - Ravangla 76 Kms/2.5 Hrs (Halfday Exploration Of Uttrey)

    Post breakfast, visit Shingshore Suspension Bridge - an engineering marvel, this suspension bridge connects two hills across a verdant gorge. Later proceed to see Mainbas fall en route visit Saino Bridge, built over KALEZ KHOLA (Kalez River). Post visit drive towards Ravangla. On arrival check in to the hotel for overnight stay.

    Day 4: Ravangla – Hike to Maenam wildlife sanctuary (3263M) 30min drive + 12 km/07 hrs hike.

    Post breakfast, set out on a trek to Maenam Wildlife Sanctuary. On a clear sunny day, it is possible to see the plains of Bengal spanning across Kalimpong and Darjeeling in the South, right across the Indo-China border towards the North. "Maenam-la"- the term stands for the treasure house of the medicines. The name suggests a rich collection of different medicinal plants available is the region. This sanctuary is famous for two reasons. Trekking and rich forest covers teeming with high altitude rare Himalayan species. This temperate forest shelters Red Panda, Goral, Serow, Barking Deer, Marbled-Cat, Leopard-Cat, Civet-Cats, Blood Pheasant, Common Hill Partridge, Magpies, Black Eagle, Blue necked Pitta, Sunbirds and different other types of animals and birds. Hike back to Resort by evening to enjoy tea and snacks. Dinner with born fire around. Overnight stay at the resort.

    Day 5: Ravangla – Gangtok 76 Kms/4 hrs

    Today Walking Hours: Approx 40 min
    Post breakfast, drive to Gangtok en route visiting Temi Tea Estate - the one and only tea garden in the state of Sikkim and produces one of the top quality teas for the International market, Rumtek Monastery and Nalanda Institute for Higher Buddhist Studies. Post visit, continue your drive for further 24 Kms to reach Gangtok.
     

    Day 6: Around Gangtok – Tinjure trek approx 10 kms/5 hrs

    Early morning drive to Tashi View Point to enjoy the breath taking view of Mt Khanchen Dzonga. Be back to hotel for breakfast. Later, leave for a hike through the Fambong Lho Wildlife Sanctuary up to Tinjure. After a short while you come to a well laid out bridle path, which is about 2 ft wide. The initial climb is quite gradual. Through the clearing in the forests you get glimpses of snow-capped peaks on the horizon. 15 minutes later you pass the Office of the Assistant Warden Fambong Wildlife Sanctuary at Golatar. This is the last point where water is available on this trek. A little ahead is a Forest Rest House. On crossing this one enters into thick forest cover of the Sanctuary. As one ascends the undergrowth begins to get denser. At times one has to trek through a tunnel of bamboo undergrowth. Towards the last 45 minutes of the trek it gets steep and often you have to pass through dense tunnels of bamboo undergrowth. On reaching the top you get a clear view of a wide sweep of the Himalayan ranges: to your right is Mt Khanchen Dzonga and towards the front is the Nathu La (Pass). Besides, you see an entire hillside covered with rhododendrons of various colours. After some refreshments, begin your descent, arriving at the start point a little after mid-day. Overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 7: Gangtok – Kalimpong 79 Kms/3 Hrs

    Post leisurely breakfast, drive to Kalimpong. On your arrival check into the hotel. Later visit local handmade paper factory, Zandhog Palri Monastery which offers a splendid view of Bhutan, Sikkim and Darjeeling mountain range and Flower Nurseery. Evening at leisure for your rest and relax. Overnight stay at the Hotel

    Day 8: Kalimpong – Bagdogra Airport/ Railway station by surface 80 Kms Approx 3 Hrs

    Post breakfast, drive to airport/ railway station to board flight for onward destination.
